Affordable Removalists Wollongong

Moving with three toddlers is chaotic, to say the least. The removalists were so patient and kind throughout the entire day. They took extra care with the baby's cot and our heavy family dining table. It made a massive difference to our moving day.

I was booked in for 8am, they didn't come, I rang & msged them multiple times at 8.30am,they didn't answer or return my calls. 10am removalist rang & said the boss didn't tell him about my booking, after I asked for a discount he said yes, he then rang the boss & he said no to the very small discount that was offered. I rang the boss to which he finally answered my call 2hrs later & I asked for the small discount for the no show 2hrs ago he said no, & then rudely asked " Do you want it done" I said "no thankyou" & he proceed to hang up on me. If that's how they treat new customers by being a no show, charge extra if job goes over time but won't offer a small discount for being a no show & wanting to start the job almost 3 hours later I don't know how they get business. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. MINUS - 10 🌟 RATING
