Grace Removals Wollongong

Grace Removals Wollongong is a removalist business with over 100 years of experience. It offers local moves within the Illawarra region, interstate moves across New South Wales, and international moves. Services include packing using eco-friendly materials such as twin-cushioned boxes and acid-free paper, cleaning services that meet end-of-lease requirements, valet unpacking, and Grace Utilities to manage utility connections.

The business also provides pet transfer, vehicle transfer, storage, art storage, and the Easycover protection plan, an extended warranty for loss or damage during moving or storage. A free, no-obligation in-home consultation is available.

Household packing and removal work, including furniture transport and storage, forms the core of what customers describe after engaging this Wollongong removalist team. Several reviewers highlight the care taken with possessions, noting that items arrived safely and were placed with precision, whether carried into a unit or unloaded at a new address. Punctuality and speed come up repeatedly, with crews described as quick and efficient from loading through to unloading. Something that features in review after review is the friendly, professional manner of the teams, and named staff such as Mick, Andrew, Jimmy, Nick, Peter, Christian, Mike, Opeti and Brad recur across accounts, while Adrianna is credited with handling arrangements behind the scenes.

Communication before and after the job is praised, from the initial quote and reassurance through to logistics updates when plans changed. Customers also mention competitive pricing and the ease with which revised schedules were accommodated. Reviews extend to packing a house and shed for an interstate relocation, with the same care reported at both ends of the journey. Storage and transportation feature among the services described, and the consistent theme is a calm, well-organised move handled by crews who treated the contents as their own.
