Used these guys recently through work and can't recommend them enough! We got two quotes as it was a big job and not only were they better value for money the team were much friendlier and went above and beyond both when collecting and dropping off the shipment, will definitely be using them again! 😊

Worst experience ever, booked the team in months in advance. Seemed all good and on track, on the day didnt show up, called the team they said they would get back to me. Just ignored my calls, we had to find another removalist at short notice! Don't use them, poor service and communication. Read below and focus on one start reviews and reply. Same problems dont call back ignore calls but have alot to say in reply on google reviews. STAY AWAY PEOPLE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION.

Guys arrived on time and worked carefully and efficiently. Best moving experience in all the moves l have done. Very polite and price was very reasonable. Thankyou

THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. I had them booked in with sms and email confirming date and time (I asked for 7am as I wanted to be the first job). They had 2 weeks notice. Worst, they did not find a solution and often the phone rang out when I was chasing them to find out what was going on. At different times throughout the day I was told different stories, I’ll let the scheduler know”, “someone didn’t show up for work”, “we’re doing another a job and will then be there at 11”, and “someone else is probably going to do to the job we’re just waiting for him to get back to us”. They mucked me around and eventually at 2pm I ended up ringing around and paying someone else to move the essentials; finished at 8:30pm. Note, at 2pm they still had not said they would do the job, they were waiting to see if someone else could do it.

Igor, Marcos and Nato just moved us today Bennett Springs to Two Rocks, The boys did a fabulous job and were fantastic and very professional Will definitely use WA removals group again.

The guys did an incredible job! Very thorough, clean and delicate with every item of furniture. Highly recommend!

Igor and Phillipe were outstanding today they went above and beyond with getting our couch through the small doorway of our place!
