Highly recommend next step removals team! Andy was highly organised and flexible with my constant changes on moving days! The team were professional and friendly and went the extra mile, and handled all my prized possessions with care (especially my reptile)! Thank you to the whole team for you all your help! 😎🙌
Absolute legends! Arrived on time, loaded all my things quickly and unpacked again at my new place with supreme efficiency. Went above and beyond. Friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.
What can I say, good old fashioned service with a very respectful team of people. They took excellent care of our belongings throughout the whole process from the moment they touched it to the moment they placed it. Absolutely no damage to our goods, and not one scratch or bump to the premises. They also work very fast making the financial costs on the hip pocket less expensive. Anyone ever asks for a recommendation from me and the answer will be a resounding "NEXT STEP REMOVALS", you can't go wrong with them. They have exceptional pride in their work, and it was a wet day when our move happened and they didn't tramp dirt into either house or get any of our belongings wet. If I could give more stars I would. They're more than removalists, they're craftsman in the way they do their work. I was also impressed with their approach to their own health and safety, they're definitely not cowboys masquerading as removalists, they're professionals.
Andy and his crew done an amazing job delivering our heavy custom table. They handled it with great care and caution, all wrapped up and protected. Highly recommend them for any furniture removal, I will definitely use them again.
Andy and his team were friendly, highly professional, and took great care when moving my furniture. Their prices were very reasonable, and there were no hidden fees. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Next Step Removals to family and friends.
A big thank you to Andy and his wonderful team for helping us with our move. They packed up our entire home and moved everything back in so seamlessly. It was a huge relief knowing we could trust them to handle everything. We are so glad we chose Next Step Removals and cannot recommend them enough!
Andy and the team were very professional, respectful and no request was too difficult. Lots of care was given to all of our things. Highly recommended.
