Highly recommend this company. Top quality experience from start to stop. I was surprised and grateful that they responded to my online request for a quote as quickly and professionally as they did, especially how upfront they were with all the information about pricing, etc. I previously had a negative experience with a different company who didn't even bother to say they couldn't/didn't want to take the job, so it was very refreshing to get a quick response, and the admin staff I spoke with, Ian, was polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. Brad and Nathan, the two removalists who completed the job, did an excellent job. They were polite, communicative, efficient, and professional, and I really appreciated all their help and hard work. Zero damage to anything and did everything asked without complaint.

Excellent service! Toowoomba removalists moved me from the city to a regional location. All staff were polite, helpful and courteous. The move even included a 2 person outdoor spa. They also ensured all beds were assembled so we could have a great first night's sleep.

Tim and his crew were extremely helpful and went above and beyond the job description. I would certainly recommend them for any removal.
