The Van Man Perth

The Van Man is a Perth owned and operated local business. The owner is Eddie. The business offers courier services. Business accounts include volume rates, PODs by SMS, weekly invoicing, credit limits and a named account manager. The platform provides two-factor sign-in, a saved address wallet and CSV shipment history from day one. The Van Man states it focuses on safety, honesty, transparency and efficiency.

The Van Man Perth specialises in courier runs and small-scale moving jobs, and the feedback left by clients centres on one operator who handles each task personally. Eddie is named repeatedly, described as friendly, respectful and willing to accommodate whatever a job requires, turning up at the agreed time and keeping clients updated while a couch or similar item was in transit. Punctuality is a recurring theme, with depot collections and house deliveries completed promptly and without fuss, and the same care carried through to larger moves that reviewers call quick and hassle-free.

Rates are spoken of as fair for the work involved, and the transaction is said to run smoothly from the first message to the final drop-off. Communication, whether by text or in person, is singled out, including short-notice help when earlier arrangements fell through. Furniture is shifted across town without damage, and Eddie's cheerful manner during a demanding day is noted more than once, as is his willingness to fit in with a client's schedule on short notice. Small jobs and full moves alike are handled with the same attention.
