The Smooth Movers

Removals and storage work forms the core of what this Mandurah-based company offers, with customers describing house moves, office relocations and piano transport handled alongside short-term storage. Several reviewers highlight punctuality, noting that crews arrive when promised and keep clients informed from the moment they leave the depot, so the timing of charges stays transparent. Careful handling recurs throughout the feedback: furniture is wrapped in blankets and taped, and customers report that floors, walls and belongings reach the new address without damage, even where stairs, lifts and tight spaces complicate the job.

Named team members including Juan, Yago, Rafael, Marcos and Kris are singled out for being friendly, respectful and hard-working, often staying with a move for many hours without slowing down. Reviewers frequently point to that the workload is assessed honestly, quotes are clear and the final cost reflects what was agreed. Office relocations involving heavy desks, chairs and bulky items down flights of stairs are described as organised and efficient, while storage stops within a move are managed without fuss. Tidiness after the job and helpful advice on packing also come up, alongside a general sense that the crews remain calm and approachable under pressure.
