Kroos Logistics Movers

Kroos Logistics has been operating since 2000. The business is family-owned and fully insured. It is powered by Francis the Removalist. Kroos Logistics serves the Perth metropolitan area and Western Australia. It provides moving services including house and office removals, interstate moves, piano moving, packing, and cleaning services. Insurance options are offered to protect clients' belongings during the moving process.

Office relocations and residential moves form the backdrop of the feedback for this Mandurah-based removalist, with customers describing both household furniture transfers and business office moves. Reviewers repeatedly single out Francis and Eric, along with team members such as Wayne and Bob, for their efficiency and professional conduct. Punctuality is a recurring theme, with several accounts noting crews arriving on time and working steadily through long days without pause.

The care taken with belongings comes up often, particularly when heavy solid wood furniture or bulky sofas had to be manoeuvred through narrow doorways, and customers describe items arriving without scratches or damage. Pricing is described as reasonable and representing good value, and communication during booking, on the day of the move and through final invoicing is noted as clear and professional.

Storage, piano moving, packaging and transportation services appear among the work undertaken, alongside rubbish collection and logistics support. Repeat business is common, with clients returning for house staging, further moves and office relocations, and courteous, helpful and polite behaviour from the crews is mentioned across the accounts. The ability to handle awkward, heavy or highly challenging pieces with apparent ease is a point that comes up often, as is the absence of any hassle when additional requests arise during a job.
