Rocky Removals

Rocky Removals is a removalist business established in March 2022 and founded by Ash and Sam. The founders bring over 20 years of removal experience and 20+ years of office expertise. The business operates with a team of three removalists and mainly services Central Queensland. Services include residential and commercial removals, internal moves, pre-packing, packing materials, furniture assembly and disassembly, and short term storage. Sam also crafts candles under the name Flaming Fragrance.

Professionalism and care for belongings emerge as the qualities that recur most in feedback about this Rockhampton removalist. Several buyers describe the team as punctual, reliable and approachable, with communication before the job handled quickly and calmly, including prompt callbacks and competitive quotes. Reviewers often mention that furniture and household items were transported carefully, giving a sense of security during the move, and that even a small job such as moving a piano was treated with the same reassuring manner.

Ash is named on multiple occasions, with Scott also singled out, both credited with running an organised and efficient operation that finished local moves well within the booked timeframe. Praise for friendly and helpful handling runs through the accounts, alongside mentions of quick turnarounds for bookings made close to the moving date. The work described covers local house moves and delivery of furniture to a new location, with belongings arriving intact. Tidiness and an unhurried approach to questions are noted, and the same professionalism is described whether the job is a full household move or a single instrument.
