Gormans Removals

I found Carman? and Stacy, the office staff so obliging and very helpful at all times. Certainly kept my stress at bay. nothing was to much trouble for them. and would certainly recommend this removal company. With many thanks girls. Diane Marriner

Staff were great during our whole move, especially the blokes that packed us up. They were professional, friendly and went the extra mile to help us out. All of our items were taken care of and we had no issues with damage/breakages.

Worst experience for overseas moving! Needed 6 book boxes, 5 smaller standard boxes and 3 picture boxes moved from Yeppoon to Canada. Gormans charged us $5000.00. We had to move, so, we had to pay. (Context is, that its a blanket fee and had we known we would have shipped a great deal more items). We then spent 7 months from December 2024 till June 2025, just trying to find out if our goods were EVER going to leave Australia. The lack of information and the appalling service in even being able to communicate between Gorman's and the overseas shipping mob near pushed me to seek legal action. Our things were picked up December 3rd 2024. We received our goods on September 23nd 2025. We had to purchase and replace almost everything we shipped as we had NO belongings for 10 months. It was literally a waste of five thousand dollars. Gorman's offered little support. They got our 5k and dismissed us. Very disappointed. Seek other options! Drive your goods to Brisbane yourself if you can. This was a nightmare. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Excellent, cost-effective service. Gormans Removals has made our move from Gold Coast to Rocky very smooth. All staff members who helped us from beginning/Quote to delivery have been very professional and super helpful. They have been flexible and helped us out with every little thing we needed along the way. Sincere thanks to staff members at Rockhampton Tess, Robyn (at Brisbane), Carmen and Stacey, the super star! The delivery young fellow Grayden is a champion! Can’t recommend enough of this service.

Gormans Rockhampton-Workers Keith "The Cowboy" and Warren assisted my wife and I with the removal of household furniture &items from a rental in Norman Gardens into storage. They made the entire exercise stressless and painless. They arrived on time, were thorough with their paperwork, professional and polite throughout the morning. They efficiently and effectively moved our belongings ( which included a Baby grand piano) and were completed by midday. They were extremely careful with our furniture which was greatly appreciated.. So impressed by their knowledge and work ethic ,my wife and I would be thankful if these workers assisted us with our move in December once our home construction is completed. Highly recommended as removalists 👍🏿 Cheers and "Thank you" Gormans and Crew,David& Angelique Espeut

Nick & Lachie did a great job, they were efficient, thorough and professional. As a result our move was smooth and hassle free. I would highly recommend Gormans to anyone looking for first class removalists.

Thank you to Ash and co ( sorry boys! I didnt get your names!) for helping me move to my new home. I had first booked in to move elsewhere but that didnt turn out and gormans were only too happy to hold on til i had a new place again and rescheduled once i knew in the future. Another house popped up for me and i was able to rebook. Ash and the boys were fantastic and after my stress watching them move the biggest and heaviest wardrobe ever and realising they had it fine I relaxed 😂 they made the move less stressful and enjoyable if thats even a thing ! Will definitely use the company again if i need to and would recommend gormans highly . Thabk you 🙏🙏
