The team went above and beyond to get my very special items transported safely to Qld. Everything was packaged well and it all made it safely in one piece. There were some large and tricky items that had special boxes made specifically by the team to ensure their safe transport. I would highly recommend this team if you have anything to send anywhere

Communication break down cost me an expensive item.... $480 smashed into pieces and now in the bin......Purchased an item from marketplace. The seller did not want to send it so they dropped it off at pack and send. I assumed the items would be packed and sent hence why i asked the seller to drop them off..... Pack and send did not check the items or even ask me if they had been packed. I told them the items where bought from marketplace and where getting dropped off in two boxes. It was sent very fast with star track no complaints about the speed. But its no good if the items arrive broken... Package had clearly been dropped and not packaged. I was not offered any insurance when I Paid so money down the drain. very upsetting as what I bought was hard to find.
