Executive Removals

Household moves in the Shepparton area form the backdrop to the feedback left for this removalist and self-storage operator, and the accounts are decidedly mixed. Praise centres on the quote process and the manner of the team: one customer describes prompt quotes and friendly staff, and several reviewers acknowledge that management eventually responded when concerns were raised. Something that features in review after review is punctuality and planning. One account details a crew arriving two hours behind schedule, while another recalls being told after four hours of loading that the truck could not reach a destination only two hours away that day; after the matter was escalated, delivery did proceed, though the day stretched to a nine o'clock finish.

Damage is the other recurring theme, with a reviewer reporting coffee tables and a stereo speaker harmed during loading, describing rough handling of the ramp by workers who appeared untrained. Communication after problems arose and the willingness of management to intervene are the positives that emerge, but the experiences described centre on timing, care of furniture and the coordination of long-distance jobs. Four men, a truck and a late finish feature among the details customers recall.
