Highly recommend this company. We had a challenging commercial relocation project involving a large water heater that needed to be handled with care. Another removalist advised that the job couldn't be done, but these guys came in, assessed the situation, and completed it without any fuss. The team was professional, helpful, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process. They took great care when handling and moving the equipment, communicated well, worked efficiently, and nothing seemed too difficult for them.

Had a horrible experience with this company today. Damaged the furniture they were transporting beyond repair, dented a metal storage locker and didn't tell me, broke a plumbing pipe as they put the furniture against a wall and then refused to take responsibility. Leading up to the delivery the communication was terrible and they left my goods overnight at their depot for their convenience. All this and then still demanded full cash payment and then refused to answer my calls and turned their phone off. Really disappointed in a fellow local Cairns business acting in such a way. find anyone else to move your stuff on a friday arvo.. your stuff will get broken so these guys can get to the pub.

The guys turned up on time as agreed. They worked tirelessly throughout the day, making use of every spare inch of the truck and stopped only to take refreshments when they were travelling from the house we had sold to the new one (Cairns to Kuranda). They we so accommodating, we couldn’t get the keys to the new house until later in the afternoon but that wasn’t an issue, they offloaded at the various entrance doors then headed back down the hill to collect another load! When we finally got access they were quickly into moving the furniture where directed. Just when I thought it couldn’t get better, they offered to put up beds and the like, despite an already long day, which to me was a godsend. Better priced than other quotes I got, manners were great. Lovely group of blokes who care about their work. No question in recommending them!
