Central Highlands Removals

Central Highlands Removals is a family owned and operated removalists business based in Ballarat. The company has over 20 years of experience in the removalist industry and is comprehensively insured. It uses late model equipment. Services include residential removals, office removals, and backloading.

The company services Ballarat, Victoria, and interstate, including Australia wide. It has experience moving small offices (1-10 people) and medium offices (10-50 people). The company moves pianos, pool tables, antiques, motorbikes, cars, and palletised freight. It provides wrapping and packaging services. An obligation free estimate is offered.

Central Highlands Removals handles household moves that range from local shifts around Ballarat to relocations across the state, and the accounts left by clients focus on how the crew works on the day. Punctuality and speed come up frequently, with teams described as efficient and professional from the booking stage through to unloading. Jake is credited with coordinating jobs and ringing ahead to confirm dates, while Julian, Josh, Shaun and Zach are named for their friendly approach, careful handling and knowledge of tricky items, including a fridge that was passed through a window once other routes had been ruled out.

A detail many reviews return to is the absence of damage, with large pieces shifted without trouble and a lounge suite reassembled at the destination. Customers remark on the pace achieved under an hourly arrangement, the good humour kept up over long days and the fairness of what they paid. Communication from the initial quote until the last item left the truck is repeatedly praised, and the respectful treatment of both belongings and the property itself is said to have eased the strain of moving day.
