They respected my property, individually wrapped my things and they made sure everything was removed and delivered in immaculate condition. I cannot recommend these two men highly enough. Zoom of the past was a better company. I have used them twice: once from apartment to house, then from house to storage. For the latter move, various things were just done poorly. Boxes not sealed properly, not labeled, half empty, etc., wasting hours of my time reconsolidating boxes. Fragile things like display cabinets just thrown into storage at random angles, and with no bubble wrap — even though the packing team kicked up a huge song and dance about their bubble wrap being better than mine. Boxes generally thrown into a mess at random orientations. Trying to upsell me on a second truck even though they didn’t fill the one truck they had. In reality, there was room to spare. So I’m not quite sure what happened to this business, but they’re no longer trustworthy if you care about your stuff.
