Wide Bay Removals

They were off to a good start, the guys worked super hard and it seemed they were earning thier money. But then once things started to arrive, multiple items were broken , then went back to collect plants from the old house and found a hole in the wall. I contacted Jean in the office, explained the scenario, she started a text that was meant for the driver but sent it to me, which wasnt great, instead of owning up to her mistake she tried to turn it on me, and become rude and unprofessional. Now she's ignoring all communication. After spending $2000 to move a short distance it's now going to cost us around $2450 to replace / fix the items / damage they've caused, including things like a newer washing wachine, a collectable plate that was bubble wrapped and wrapped inside a sheet for example in a box labelled Fragile, Stay away, Dont risk it.

Have used the fellas at Wide Bay Removals twice this year, both times the experience has been great. Great friendly staff who do a professional job.

I called June frantically on Wednesday night after the other unnamed removal company cancelled on me at the last minute. June booked my move in for Friday morning. There were some issues with their truck and these guys jumped through hoops trying to get there for Friday, keeping me updated every step of the way. We postponed until Saturday. Michael and his team turned up right on time and ready to go. They were very patient and understanding as I needed to make a stop at my storage shed before we unloaded at my new house. Nothing was too much trouble and they had no issues doing a bit of double handling. They were true Tetris masters at my storage shed. When we got to my new place they made sure everything was on the right floor level so I can just focus on unpacking. The guys put my bed together and moved furniture where I needed it to go. Michael and his team were so easygoing, making a stressful situation more bearable and even making sure I was ok after a very stressful few days. Every single person I interacted with was professional, kind and made sure that the job was done quickly and smoothly. Thank you!

Michael and Brandon were fantastic to deal with, nothing was a bother all our furniture and belongings were treated with respect and moved into our new home in perfect condition. Thanks so much for your great service. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company

Quite unprofessional. Furniture scratched, one foot and two joints were busted off my couch, furniture and boxes were dumped into rooms instead of stacked. Young children came with the 2nd load and were "helping". Items clearly marked "basement" were left in a bedroom. A desk had to be stacked on its end because there was not enough organisation in the room. Some furniture was left in the lift and almost forgotten.

Just relocated from Sydney to Hervey Bay. The whole thing was seamless Wayne and Angus are so easy to get along with and were amazing to pack and unpack. Would definitely recommend!!

Thank you for a great job! Definitely will use them again. The guys took the hassle out of our move from job request to delivery. Super quick to respond, friendly and careful with all of our belonging in and out of multi story locations. Thanks heaps
