Wagga Secure Storage operates from Jones Street in Wagga Wagga as an automobile, boat, RV and general storage facility, with the site listed as open around the clock every day. A customer enquiring by telephone about a storage shed reports that the call was answered shortly before eight in the morning by a staff member who objected to the hour, spoke abruptly and said the facility opens at nine.

When the caller pointed out that the online listing indicates twenty-four hour access, the phone was hung up. The account describes the exchange as rude treatment while enquiring about storage space. Automobile, boat and RV storage are the categories the business advertises.
