What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

WA hotshot Group (Bunbury) draws consistent praise around Bunbury for house relocations, local deliveries and the transport of purchased goods. A recurring theme is the professionalism of Ron and his crew, described as friendly, polite and skilled. Fast quotes and clear communication before a job are mentioned repeatedly, including an account of an item collected from a local supplier within an hour after other services could not help until the following week.

Punctuality and reliability come up often, whether the task was a full house move, a pickup or delivering a barbecue. Reviewers note that furniture was handled carefully even in poor weather, and that the crew willingly took on extra tasks such as loading garden pots onto a trailer, removing much of the stress from moving. Straightforward pricing is another point that comes up, with comments about value for money and no hidden charges.

The team covers relocations, local deliveries and transport of purchased goods, and satisfaction shows in repeat custom and referrals, with relatives and acquaintances of customers later engaging the service, while a company has booked the team on numerous occasions and found the response quick, professional and accommodating within tight time frames. Ron's helpful attitude and the crew's problem-solving approach run through the feedback.

Have used removal services to move house from Glen Iris to Australind; and also a local delivery service to pickup a BBQ and deliver. Amazing service, very prompt and value for money.

Hotshot was brilliant when it came to moving all our furniture even on the most horrible of weather days! Ron and his young helper were amazing and made sure we had allocated enough time for the quote etc. I definitely recommend this company!

Really professional team here, very caring, & nothing too much trouble. We even had a wardrobe that wouldn’t fit and the guys just kept trying to get it in for us, so much so that we recommended Ron and his team to 2 family members and a friend, who all used them and received the same fantastic service. I would highly recommend them for your moving day. Thanks Ron
