Urban Self Storage Bunbury

Storing a vehicle alongside furniture in the one place is an option several customers highlight at this Bunbury facility, and it is the practical side of the service that comes through strongly in feedback. Several accounts describe the units as clean, tidy and secure, with easy access through the twin exit gates and a range of sizes to suit different needs. The helpfulness of the on-site team is a recurring theme, with Jo and Joanne named for arranging units, answering questions and even conducting virtual tours for customers working away.

Communication draws consistent praise, from prompt replies to online enquiries to quotes described as competitive, and the move-in process is said to be made simple and stress free. Staff are noted for listening carefully before assessing requirements and adjusting arrangements as needed, which customers value during a relocation. The condition and security of the storage rooms and the friendly, professional manner of the team feature across numerous accounts, including those storing furniture and household goods while moving house. Those handling storage over a longer period also speak positively of the service.
