They brought all of the packages into my home without any issues or trouble at all, which made the whole process so much easier. I really appreciated the great customer service and would definitely recommend Riki to others!
These guys were great. Ther took lots of care and easily managed furniture I had previously struggled with. They were friendly and flexible. I can't thank and recommended them enough.
DO NOT USE!!! They broke my piano!!!! They did not have the appropriate equipment, their movers were not given what they needed to do the job! They dropped my piano when moving it and it arrived with a huge chunk missing out of it! Their communication was terrible, they told me they would arrive for pickup at 11.30pm but might be later so my elderly parents waited up until 12.30pm for them and they never showed. They then arrived with 5 minutes warning at 6.30am and the driver told me he was told not to come if it was after 11.30pm but that was NEVER communicated to me. Tried to call them to complain and they were just rude and unwilling to event acknowledge the issues or the damage they did to my piano which now causes it to loose its value!!

Kevin, Gary and Raman performed the impossible!! They carried the heaviest king size mattress up the tiniest curved stairway! What’s more they did it with a smile. They went above and beyond their job. Everything arrived in perfect condition and they were polite, funny and friendly. I am grateful!
