We recently used SAFE Removalists for our interstate relocation and were extremely pleased with their service from the initial enquiry right through to the completion of the move. The team was attentive, answered all of my (many!) questions, and communicated promptly throughout the entire process. On moving day, Vlad and his team were fantastic. We were moving from a top-floor apartment with no lift, and they handled the job with incredible professionalism. We couldn't thank them enough for their patience, care, and hard work. We will definitely use their services again if we move in the future.

The team at Safe Removalists were absolutely brilliantly! Vlad and John in Sydney were thorough with documenting and loading our items onto the truck, while Ben and Glory who delivered the items to our house in Canberra were so careful, ensuring our freshly polished floor boards weren't scratched. These guys were professional from start to finish. We had two storage units to move interstate (about a 6 hour drive between Qld and NSW x 2) and they handled the move efficiently and with no hiccups. The guys were fast but careful at both ends, and I would definitely use them again. The price was much cheaper than other companies I received quotes from, yet the way they packed the truck was so careful - they really took care to wrap everything and tetris it into the truck. Honestly cannot recommend them enough.
We recently used SRA, and impressed is an understatement. From the initial contact before pre-pack, and throughout the actual move, the attention to detail and care in packing and unpacking was evident. Ben coordinated our move, and like an expensive Swiss watch his professionalism and exceptional customer focus was evident from the moment he alighted from the truck, right up until Ben and his colleagues finished the move.
