They handled our precious furniture with the best care, wrapping everything thoroughly as they went, and they handled a very challenging driveway with skill and precision remaining positive throughout a long day. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Their teamwork and dedication made what could have been a stressful move feel easy. They are a real credit to the company, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommended!
Moving house is stressful at the best of times, but when our settlement was unexpectedly delayed on moving day, the team handled the situation with incredible professionalism, patience and understanding. Despite the uncertainty and long wait, they remained calm, flexible and reassuring throughout the entire day. Nothing was too much trouble, and they never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. They treated our belongings with great care and worked efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude from start to finish. Their professionalism during what could have been a very frustrating situation made all the difference. We are so grateful for their patience and outstanding customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and highly professional removalist.

More than 700km later, every item arrived safely—not even a single glass was cracked! The team was professional, friendly, efficient, and took great care with my belongings. Platinum Removalists were absolutely fantastic! Punctual, hardworking, incredibly efficient, and amazing Tetris players when it came to packing the truck. They worked so fast that we could hardly believe how quickly everything was loaded and unloaded, yet they still took great care with our belongings. They are true heavy-lifting Rambos, but at the same time careful, gentle, and didn't break a thing. What impressed us most was their positive attitude. They were patient with the kids, happy to have a joke with us, and made our family move feel like a breeze. Thank you so much for all your hard work. We truly appreciate it! 🙏

Perfect job. Adam and his team worked in with Cartoplan to do a super job. Our project wasn’t straightforward needing to be split into 2 time frames, the first was to pick up individual pieces to be crane lifted the next morning up to the fifth floor of a resort complex. The second was to return back to our residence the next morning to load up all remaining pieces most of which were glad wrapped for extra care before being transported again to the multi story resort for lift transport up. The guys did a PERFECT job with not a mark on any piece of furniture assembling numerous pieces before placement. These are really good operators you shouldn’t go past. Warren & Leanne
