Customers in several reviews describe relocations between Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, and they note that furniture was wrapped in protective coverings, with trolleys, blankets and plastic wrap supplied as part of the service. Punctuality is a point that comes up often, with crews arriving when arranged and working briskly through both short bookings and multi-day jobs.

The team, including Aram, Audish, Rami, Waseem, Esho, Onil and Fadi, is described as friendly, polite and professional, and reviewers repeatedly mention clear communication from the first booking discussion through to questions answered afterwards. Customers speak of competitive quotes paired with strong workmanship, and of beds, fridges and washing machines being taken apart and put back together at the destination. On one job a second truck was dispatched when the load proved larger than expected, while on another a collection of heavy potted plants travelled without issue. What recurs is that complicated moves felt orderly and low in stress, with items placed where they were wanted in the new property.
