Office Relocation Solutions

Office Relocation Solutions is a member of the Australian Furniture Removals Association (AFRA). As an AFRA member, the company meets strict criteria and abides by a comprehensive Code of Conduct. Its fleet was named AFRA Fleet of the Year Winner in 2017. The company operates in Perth and Brisbane. It assigns a dedicated Move Manager to oversee relocations from start to finish. The company uses a step-by-step relocation methodology called the Office Relocation Management 'Toolkit'.

Its trucks are fitted with hydraulic tail lifts and Air Ride Suspension. It supplies environmentally friendly 70 litre crates with hinged lids as standard. Services include planning relocations, IT office relocations, medical relocations, library and museum relocations, warehouse relocations, storage solutions, packing services, crate hire, asset management and furniture, fixtures and equipment deliveries.

Workplace relocations carried out for Brisbane businesses are the focus of the feedback left by clients of this provider, with several accounts covering repeat engagements for the same organisation. Customers note that the crew arrives when arranged and works steadily until the job is finished, describing the process as quick and careful, with furniture and equipment handled professionally and without damage.

Coordination behind the scenes attracts consistent praise, and one client singles out Susan for managing the whole exercise from start to finish. Competitive quoting is a point that comes up often, with fees described as fair for the scope of work delivered and no surprises added afterwards. Requests are said to be met exactly as specified, and the same standard is reported across separate moves, which is why repeat bookings feature in the feedback.

Communication before, during and after each relocation is described as straightforward, with the support staff and the removal crew both pleasant and easy to deal with, and the work completed on schedule without drama. Ongoing relationships with the same team are a recurring theme, and the combination of careful handling of office contents and dependable scheduling is what clients return to when planning their next move.
