Very good to deal with and the service was above and beyond. They move my mum who was not feeling well at the time and made here feel very comfortable with everything they done.

I recently hired O’briens to help move my house and I must say that my experience was incredibly disappointing. From the very beginning, their communication was lacking; my calls and emails often went unanswered, leading to unnecessary stress before my move. On the day of the move, the team arrived late without any prior notice, which set us back significantly. When they finally did show up, they seemed unprofessional, hungover, it was clear that they were unprepared for the task ahead. Several of my items were handled carelessly, resulting in scratches and damages. Even heard them joking and laughing at some of my family pictures Additionally, the quoted price changed unexpectedly, with hidden fees popping up that were never discussed initially. I felt misled and taken advantage of during a stressful time. Overall, I cannot recommend o’briens based on my experience. If you're looking for a reliable and professional removalist service, I suggest you look elsewhere. Save yourself the headaches and choose a different option

Caring and well organised, made my move so much less stressful. Maddie and the two young men assisting were amazing, my belongings were treated with care and respect.

Thanks guys, great service. We packed their smallest unit with a uni student’s amount of stuff and completed the paperwork in less than 30 minutes! Hot stuff! Just don’t expect to pick up your possessions during business hours unless you have given more than 24 hours notice! They don’t follow their own advertised operating hours! (A painful lesson after driving 8 hours!) No direct phone number listed, only the head office call centre. Thanks for working everything out amicably in the end, much appreciated ☺️
