What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Noor removalist has built a following in Darwin through repeat bookings and word-of-mouth referrals. Several buyers describe using the service more than once, with one household engaging the team three separate times and another returning for a move into storage. Punctuality and reliability come up often: reviewers note that arrival times were met, that booking confirmations and any changes were communicated clearly beforehand, and that the move itself proceeded without fuss.

Care of belongings is a consistent theme, with furniture wrapped in fabrics to protect surfaces, pre-existing damage treated carefully, and no breakages reported even when items were hand carried down flights of stairs. Disassembly and reassembly of furniture, including a sofa bed, is frequently mentioned as a practical help. Customers also value the thoroughness of storage packing, describing contents stacked neatly with airflow and accessibility in mind.

Noor himself is named repeatedly for his friendly, polite manner, his willingness to visit in person to prepare an accurate quote, and the fairness of his pricing. Several reviewers highlight his readiness to assist with odd jobs or to work without the owner present, trusting him to pack a shed unsupervised. Moving apartments, houses and storage units across the city round out the picture.

We used Noor Removals last week to move our stuff into storage. He was on time, efficient, and really friendly. I cannot recommend him more highly. He really takes pride in his work and was really thoughtful when putting out stuff into storage as to what went where and making it accessible and ensuring airflow. I will be using Noor again!

I had an excellent experience with noor removalist. From start to finish, their service was professional, efficient, and stress-free. The team arrived on time, handled my belongings with great care, and worked quickly while still paying attention to detail. They were friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond to make the move smooth. Everything was delivered in perfect condition, and I couldn’t be happier with how seamless the process was. I would highly recommend noor removalist to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy removalists.
