I highly recommend Next Level Removals. Roodi and his team are amazing! Their prices are so affordable, and the service they provide is excellent. It was easy to book, pricing was clearly quoted, payment was easy. The removalist staff were so good at their job and they gave so much care to my furniture. Everything was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. I absolutely recommend them.

Roodi was in contact to explain the quote so there were no misunderstandings. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Next Level Removals, I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. I moved from Camden, to Orange, and the whole process what easy. They were by far the best priced and had no hidden costs. Things that other companies pay extra for were included, such as extra wrapping for more protection of your items. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone doing a local or long distance move! On the day the guys showed up when they said they would, they were professional and extremely polite. They called when they were 10 mins away from my new place, and made a quick job of unpacking. As it was raining they made sure their showers were taken off whenever going into a room with carpet! They are very thoughtful around the whole process. 100% recommend!!

I’ve moved many times across Sydney and interstate, and this was by far the best moving experience I’ve had. The team at Next Level Removals were incredibly professional, patient, efficient and took great care with all of my belongings. They shrink wrapped and protected furniture properly, handled everything with care, and made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and easy. I’d highly recommend them. If you have a larger move, bulky furniture or awkward access, I’d definitely recommend spending a little extra for 3 removalists. It made the move incredibly efficient and well worth it. Used Next Level for two moves as had to move prior to settlement then into new home. They were great for both. Real professionals, took care with my items and even made the effort not to track any dirt into my new home due to the wet weather. Would definitely recommend.

The guys at Next Level Removals were excellent. We got them to do a pack prior to the move, and they did a careful, efficient, and thorough job. It was quite a distance from Mascot to Goulburn, and a long day for them, but everything was moved according to the quote and plan. Roodi and his team were friendly and really hardworking, took great care of our items, and made the whole process as stress-free as possible. Premium service at a very reasonable rate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The reviews and what they claim to be vs the actual service on the day, were completely different stories. Took us a while to come to this point as we reflected the good and bad of this removalist and whether the few good points could have cancel out the bad, answer is NO. While they manage to achieve on moving some difficult pieces up a flight of very reasonably wide set of stairs, they took time to dramatize the whole situation in order to 1) burn more time hence more $ for them, 2) what felt like guilt tripping you into thinking how difficult this move is by shaming you for not doing xyz. So now, you're the one who's making their job difficult. Look, we get they need a break now and then, chat a bit to buy time, but this was constant throughout. We would have rather they save their breath and take a 10mins break. The worst parts were - - MOVED SLOWER THAN SNAIL - again, we get you can't expect people to break their back in this sort of job, BUT it is unreal how slow this guy would walk even when he wasn't carrying anything. - VAPED IN OUR HOUSE - We wouldn't have mind if they were outside but this was INSIDE THE HOUSE, not once but several times where it became very noticeable. - SEVERELY DAMAGED FLOOR (update light switch panel, just noticed) - because they trolly pulled everything, it dug and nicked chucks off our timber floorboards. Edges of a timber stairs was grazed, damage as a result from metal trolly dragged across. *update - we were too busy organising the new home and only just discovered another damage that was not there before the removalists came in... - INSIST ON A SLOWER WAY - we made a suggestion to move a particular item by driving to rear entrance but they insist to take a triple the time. Really regret booking Next Level, had cheaper quotes but went with them anyway based on what they said and the reviews. Based on another negative review that they responded to, reckon they will do the same to this one. That is, blame you for why they did not do well.
