Punctuality and reliability come up often, including a fast truck load and prompt delivery for a family moving from Mildura to Adelaide. Communication before and after the job is repeatedly praised, with a follow-up call after a washing machine was delivered and installed for an elderly customer standing out as an example of genuine care.

Named staff including Mark, Zac, Callum and Richard receive warm mentions for being courteous, respectful and efficient, and Callum's speed on the job is singled out. Reviewers also note teamwork, fair value and the ability to handle back-to-back loads, such as moving a household and then collecting and delivering a daughter's furniture in the same day. A long-distance move to Warrnambool and an earlier relocation to Mildura both feature, with customers remarking on how smoothly large loads were packed and unpacked.
