Today is the first time I have had to engage with removalists and the experience was such a breeze, I was very, very impressed with Malibu Moving Specialists. I was lucky to have been sent the services of Andres and Lucas N. who were a truly professional team, arrived on time, were very courteous and obliging, everything I asked for was completed in a very timely manner. This team were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company.
Malibu's service is truly an all-in-one solution! From the moment we submitted our enquiry, the entire process was seamless. The director personally visited to take photos and explain everything, and from there the team handled every step—from packing, moving, and even unpacking—with exceptional professionalism. Our packers, Dina, Isabella, and Julian, were absolutely amazing. They were organised, efficient, and took great care of all our belongings. The removalists, including the piano removal team, especially Carlos and Luke, were equally outstanding. Having the same packers return to unpack everything made the transition so much easier. Moving a four-bedroom house in just three days sounds almost impossible, but the Malibu team made it happen. With a young toddler, we were expecting an incredibly stressful experience, but instead they made the entire move smooth, organised, and far less overwhelming. A huge thank you to Thiago and the entire team for their hard work and dedication. We couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend Malibu to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and stress-free moving experience.
Carlos and joao were absolutely fantastic. They jave been the best removalistd I've had in all my years, I would clearly and absolutely reccomended these two gentlemen as they re careful, caring and resolute in their commitment to finish the job caringly. Amazing, these best!
