Left items behind which I could not fit in my car, now only to find a priceless original art work has “gone missing” this company is now ignoring my calls. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I’m devastated.
Great, friendly and efficient. Murtez and Danny were brilliant. They looked after my belongings as if they were their own. I highly recommend this team to look after your next move.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. My booking was scheduled for this morning, and it’s now 5 PM with no sign of anyone arriving. Sam assured me earlier today that someone would be here before 2 PM, but that commitment has not been honored. I’ve tried calling both Sam and the company multiple times, and no one is answering. I had planned to leave for Brisbane today, but because of this delay, my entire day has been wasted. At this point, I don’t even know when—or if—someone will show up. This level of service is unacceptable. It’s unprofessional, disrespectful of my time, and extremely frustrating.
