This is the second time I’ve used Kent to handle my move and I couldn’t recommend them more. Fabio, Rafael and Angel handled my belongings with care and respect. And when I thought my TV remote may have been misplaced in the move, Fabio was communicative and immediately knew which box it had been in and how I would find it. Incredible service. Very happy!

We had Mike, Lester and Ben here today to uplift and load our furniture and personal effects. What an outstanding, professional and efficient team they are. Moving from Perth to Brisbane, I did thorough research on relocation companies, particularly because I was moving 23 pieces of high-end artwork, including a Picasso. The onsite assessment undertaken by Gillian was extremely professional and thorough, and I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive quote, which also included separate insurance for the artwork. On moving day, I was fortunate to have Graeme and Phil looking after everything. Graeme mentioned he had been with Kent for more than 35 years, and it certainly reflects on the company itself—a team of people who genuinely love what they do. The care, attention to detail and professionalism were beyond what I expected. I was completely at ease and able to carry on with my own work, knowing everything was under control and my belongings were in safe hands. I would have no hesitation in using Kent again, and they would be my only choice. I wouldn’t even bother comparing quotes—when it comes to your lifelong possessions, peace of mind is priceless.

Corey and Matt from Kent were absolutely outstanding. They made what could have been a very stressful moving day an enjoyable and seamless experience. They were professional, friendly and incredibly polite from the moment they arrived. Their efficiency was impressive, yet they never compromised on the care they took with our belongings. Every item was handled with respect, and they worked tirelessly throughout the day. What really set them apart was their willingness to go above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were incredibly patient while we worked out where everything should go in our new home. They never made us feel rushed, happily moved items exactly where we wanted them, and were accommodating, obliging and genuinely committed to making sure we were happy. Corey and Matt are a credit to Kent. Their positive attitudes, professionalism and exceptional customer service made all the difference. Corey and Matt delivered our furniture on Tuesday this week and did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient, and very well organised. Top marks to them!! The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is 1. The Kent packers in Brisbane were appalling. They didn’t pay attention to the packing and damaged some of the furniture 2. Kent has very poor communication. Some of our furniture still hasn’t arrived and they are silent

Mike, Lest & Ben were fantastic! They were punctual & handled all our items with great care! And it was all packed neatly in the container. Gillian was also great, communicated regularly & made the whole process go smoothly. Highly recommend Kent Removals! :)

Moved with Kent a few days ago (our second move with them) Initial booking made through Amanda who was really helpful and always called you back when she said she would. We requested the same team as last time... Moises, Wellygton and Rafael. The moving team were great. Friendly, efficient, and great at packing. Furniture was carefully wrapped to protect it.
