What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

A move that stays stress-free from start to finish is the theme running through feedback on Gotta Go Transport, whose crews handle household relocations, office moves and longer interstate jobs. More than one review highlights punctuality, with teams arriving early for booked times and working at a pace that keeps the day on track. Wes, Greg and Karyn are named for being polite, friendly and genuinely attentive, while Jaymee is remembered for a helpful manner when a booking was arranged by phone. Care of belongings features strongly, with furniture and household goods moved without damage and items disassembled and reassembled on site.

Customers describe clear communication before and during the job, including prompt replies to questions, and rates are consistently called reasonable for the work done. Physically demanding jobs around Mackay, involving farm roads and stairs, were completed without fuss, and the same efficiency carried through to office relocations and interstate moves. The result is a service where professionalism, friendliness and careful handling combine, leaving customers describing their relocation as hassle-free.

I have moved with all the major companies, but none as efficient and caring as these guys. Great guys, they looked after my move despite it being a physically challenging one (farm roads and then stairs). Even stayed and help me assemble furniture. Such great service! Highly recommend!

Wes is a true gentleman and a top guy. We have moved with Grace, Allied and Kent. Wes and his team are hands down better than them all. They took immaculate care of all our furniture, disassembled and re-assembled furniture and all at an extremely good rate. If you want professionals to help you move, then these guys will be better than any of the big guys. Thank you sincerely, Wes and team.

By far the best moving company I’ve used. They were lovely when I made the booking and the boys arrived 10 mins early to my booking time. The boys were professional and were super friendly. Will definitely use them again if I move again
