Young and fit, hard working, arrived on time, communicated well, worked efficiently, were punctual, friendly and thoughtful. We are so glad we chose this company! Thanks again guys 🫶🏻 We were charged on truck size for alol our items and travel and we’re given an exact price with no hidden surprises! They gave us free over night storage and a tv box for our large tv which was also so great.
Don’t be fooled. I thought I had booked a professional mover, instead I was sent two lads with less than 1 years experience between them with a rented truck. This was by far the most expensive move I’ve ever had and they didn’t move everything! I reached out to Ethan twice about getting a receipt and addressing some breakages with no response. No stars 👎🏻
Alex and Lockie were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Super friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient — they honestly made what is usually a stressful day feel so easy and smooth. Their enthusiasm and positive attitude were amazing and really set the tone for the whole move. They worked quickly but with great care, handled everything with no fuss, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They worked so well together as a team and just got on with it, making the whole process feel effortless on our side. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — genuinely outstanding service. This was my third move with Get Moving, which says it all. Moves one and two were great, so I didn't need to look anywhere else for my third. And my experiences with Get Moving were obviously not flukes. Look at their rating! FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS! And no wonder. Get Moving hires the best workers, friendly and professional and, baffling to me who hates moving, enthusiastic! They actually make moving a pleasant experience. The guys this time around, Tyler and Adam, were no exception, great young blokes with charming personalities, the types I wish I would encounter more often when utilising other services. We chose Get Moving Geelong after a friend’s recommendation. Well are so glad we did. We moved our elderly father from Hamilton to Geelong. Ethan was fabulous to deal with. His guidance and communication was very professional and reassuring. We were provided updates right up to the move date. The process run smoothly and exactly as promised and planned. Lachie and Zac arrived on time and managed our elderly father’s belongings with care and understanding. It was a huge long day for them, but they worked tirelessly to get the job done. They were respectful, professional and an absolute delight, nothing too much trouble. We then had Dan and Lochie unload the truck the following day in Geelong. What fine young men they were. They were also professional, respectful and went above and beyond making sure everything was unloaded to where it should be. We can’t thank all of these men enough for this wonderful service. They made a very difficult chapter for our family such a smooth process, providing a few laughs along the way. Get Moving Geelong has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.
