From the first point of contact (email) until the end of the rigorous journey, I was met with clear communication, kindness and understanding (due to unforeseen rescheduling!). Regardless, Lucky and his assistant did a wonderful job assisting my partner and I's big move - from a family-sized home into a small apartment (with stairs and NO elevators!). The two-man team displayed great strength and swiftness, whilst also being super careful with all of our belongings; none of our items were damaged or scratched, and if they already were prior to moving - he was sure to go through them with us so we knew what to expect. Nonetheless, we were so happy with the service from Get Lucky Removalists, and we couldn't thank them enough for how wonderful they were throughout the entire process. It was incredibly tiring and physically demanding, but they were super resilient and worked really hard, and they still had the energy to be kind-spirited and crack a joke here and there. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Lucky!

I recently used this moving company and honestly the service exceeded all my expectations. Not only did they carefully protect all of my furniture with blankets and wrapping, but the team was also incredibly hardworking, professional, and efficient throughout the entire move. What I appreciated the most was how helpful and thoughtful they were. They even helped me assemble some of my furniture, which made settling into my new place so much easier. They constantly checked with me about where I wanted each piece of furniture placed, so I didn’t have to move heavy items around later. The movers were punctual, organised, friendly, and handled everything with great care. Moving can usually be very stressful, but they made the whole experience smooth and worry-free. I had never experienced such efficient and attentive service before. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional movers.
Lucky and his pal were on time, efficient and fast. He took care of our belongings during the move, and just by looking at his truck (neatly stacked), you know he takes great care with his work. Highly recommend their services for your next move
From the moment of booking, Lucky was absolutely exemplary. He and sabin (sorry for the wrong spelling) moved my wife and I on a lovely 35 degree day, and from when they arrived this morning it took me about 5 minutes to realise lucky is a brilliant removalist. He is the perfect combination of speed and care, as well as just being a really nice guy. He was upfront with pricing (which is extremely reasonable), and the guys did such a fantastic job, we just had to give them a bit extra for all their brilliant work. In normally what is a super stressful day, we felt nothing but relaxed and confident that lucky would sort everything and he did. We cannot recommend highly enough!
I had a great experience with Get Lucky Removalists, and especially Lucky, who was my main point of contact throughout the move. The team was extremely careful, professional, and clean, which gave me a lot of confidence during what can usually be a stressful process. They arrived on time and communication with Lucky was clear both before and during the move, making everything very easy to organise and deal with. The team took exceptional care with my belongings — every piece of furniture was thoroughly shrink-wrapped and protected with plenty of moving blankets, which really showed how much they value protecting their customers’ items. One standout moment was their creativity and problem-solving: because the stairwell was too tight, they safely lifted multiple bed bases up using ropes and brought them in via the balcony. It was done carefully and professionally, and honestly very impressive. If I had to note a few small things: Because they take the time to properly wrap and protect everything, the move can take a bit longer than expected — but in my view, that’s a case of better safe than sorry. The shrink wrap also results in quite a bit of rubbish afterwards, so it would be even better if there was an option for them to take that away. Pricing was a little higher than we initially anticipated, but the move was completed successfully with no hiccups, which made it well worth it. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and would confidently recommend Get Lucky Removalists to anyone looking for careful, reliable, and professional movers. I would happily use them again.
