Fragile Removals & Storage

Brilliant service all-round. Starting with booking & pricing they were very obliging, helpful and actually listened to what was needed and advised accordingly. Pickup happened exactly as planned with no hiccups. Packing was exceptional. Delivery, again executed exactly as planned even with changes made by us midstream, with timing on point. Through the whole process essential communication only, made the whole process seamless. Would we use Fragile Removals & Storage again for interstate delivery? ABSOLUTELY!

I really appreciate the excellent service provided by the team. Communication was easy from the very beginning, including obtaining a quote, making payment, arranging pickup, and receiving my goods. Throughout the entire process, the team was professional, responsive, and provided clear and prompt communication. I also greatly appreciated the care they took in handling my belongings, which gave me confidence that my items were in good hands. My belongings arrived much sooner than expected, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company to any friends or family who may need their services in the future. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding service!

Fragile Removals were prompt with delivering the goods. They loaded with me to find a good day to deliver the furniture. On the nominated day they sent me a text letting me know their arrival time. Very happy with the service.

Relocated interstate from QLD to WA. Everything from first to last contact was second to none. Price wasvery competitive, communication was excellent and everything arrived in tact and on schedule. Thank you to all staff and a big shout out to the boys doing all the heavy lifting in both states. 10/10 for reliability, friendliness and professionalism. Would definitely use fragile removalist again and certainly recommend them to anyone!

10/10 experience! We had an absolutely great time with Fragile Removals. They are professional, honest, approachable, reassuring. They work with you to ensure you get the best possible outcome at a very reasonable price. We moved from Melbourne to Perth in November 2025 and left our things in storage for a few weeks. The crews on both ends handled our items with care and professionalism. The people we spoke on the phone were helpful and friendly. I commend all of them. I totally recommend Fragile Removals and I will use them again. They deserve to be rewarded as honest businesses like this are hard to find.

Fragile removals team communicated really well and made the move across the country smooth and stress free. All our items were throughly packed and cared for during the trip. Kapa and Sebastian in the Perth team unloaded everything smoothly and took care when entering the house with drop sheets. Terrific service 10/10

Great communication, easy process and careful collection/drop off. Fragile Removals were flexible and I stored my belongings with them for 5 months. Everyone I was in contact with were friendly and efficient. Would absolutely recommend
