I recently used Dawson for a move from nort east melbourne metro to the Bellarine. The whole team and process from the initial inspection and quote, pick up , temp storage and then delivery and admin was exceptional. Glen, Carole, Nicola, Maragaret ...and all the all the actual removalist guys (can;t remember their names) were terrific. Highly recommend them.
I received the most amazing customer service excellence from Alex (lady) and Glen in the Melbourne Depot when arranging my shipment. They were both extremely professional, kind and friendly making my experience with Dawson Moving and Storage fantastic. The cost was also very competitive and I would happily recommend Dawson to everyone. Great effort. Thank you.
Dawson Moving and Storage were absolutely amazing in helping our family move house. They made the whole process stress free. A big shout out to Alex, Brent, Dylan, Jordan, James and Paul who were super helpful from start to finish!!!
I got 4 quotes for a removalist to transport our home contents from the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne to Mulwala Nsw. One of the quotes was from a lovely young lady Alex at Dawsons who was extremely polite efficient and helpful. The quote I received was quite competitive, but what stood out was the professionalism and efficiency of the company. Excellent follow-up and all of the removalists at each end were extremely polite helpful and basically great blokes. Thankyou Travis,Matt,Will and at the other end Brent and Mitch. I would 100% recommend Dawsons.
Dawsons exceeded their commitment to us in so many ways. The crew at both ends were polite, nothing too much trouble. At Mansfield the guys were amazing connecting water to the washing machine and so much more … all delivered safely. A good job!! Brabhams
Dawson’s were fabulous. Excellent customer service. Excellent at packing, transportation & unloading. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were jovial. Price excellent. Can thoroughly recommend this company.
