Comfort Perth Removals has built a solid reputation across the Mandurah area for careful, efficient work. Customers in several reviews describe the team as punctual and reliable, arriving when arranged and working steadily through the job, with one household noting that the crew stayed on well into the evening to complete a move on the day a delayed settlement finally went through. Care with belongings comes up repeatedly: furniture is wrapped and handled with obvious attention, and items arrive in the same condition they left in.

Reviewers also point to Edward by name, describing him as professional, attentive and willing to go the extra mile, and the same warmth is reported across the wider crew, who are consistently called friendly and easy to deal with. Communication before and during the move is another recurring theme, with clear and prompt contact from the first enquiry onward. Customers who have booked the company more than once mention that pricing stays as quoted, with no unexpected charges added at the end. Large loads, including container packing, are handled quickly without apparent shortcuts, and repeat bookings suggest the experience holds up over time.
