Classic Removals & Storage

I recently had the pleasure of using Classic Removals for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The two young men who handled my move were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, respectful, friendly, and worked with great enthusiasm from start to finish. They took exceptional care of all my belongings, making what could have been a stressful day completely smooth and hassle-free. Their positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. I can’t recommend Classic Removals highly enough. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and hardworking removalist team, this is the company to choose. Thank you for making my move such a fantastic experience!

Best moving experience ever! The team was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire move. Everything went smoothly with no issues at all, and they finished the job in half the time we expected. We couldn’t be happier with the service, and the price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend!

There was nothing that was too hard for the boys to do. Our move from Erowal Bay to Nowra was an absolute delight. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thoroughly recommend

I originally contacted Nowra Removals because they appeared to be a local family-run business. However, after following up on my enquiry, I ended up dealing with Shane on a different phone number (Shane's Removals), and on moving day the trucks and crew were branded as Classic Removals. To this day, I'm still not entirely sure which company I was actually dealing with. The main issue throughout the entire process was communication. I purchased multiple moving packs and had to repeatedly chase up delivery of boxes. On moving day, the crew arrived on time, but they damaged their own TV packing box while unloading it and then refused to transport our TV, leaving us to move it ourselves the next day. At the new house, boxes clearly marked "Fragile" containing wine bottles were stacked poorly, resulting in a collapsed stack and a smashed bottle. The most disappointing part has been the refund process for returned boxes. I was told unused boxes would be refunded after collection, but despite multiple follow-ups, texts and requests for an update, I am still waiting for a response and refund. The move itself got done, but the ongoing lack of communication, the need to constantly chase things up, and the unresolved refund issue have left me with a very poor impression of the business.

Don’t use these guys!! Was quoted by Jackson (owners son) in person, no mention about minimum hours or price per hour, was a fixed cash price. This was organised on behalf of elderly parents. The price was then confirmed same day by Jackson via phone and booked in. Guys who did removal were great but then gave us invoice for over $450 more! And then it became a stand over - pay the money or we will withhold your stuff? Very unprofessional. Called owner and he basically said Jackson would not have given that price?! Umm Jackson did to get job and then they change the price and expect people to pay on the day. Apparently this happens alot! Avoid

Awesome experience. Dedicated experienced genuine guys. Easy to organise with one phone call. A special shout out to Logan who went above and beyond, if he's on your job you're in good hands.

Perfect for temporary relocation. They packed our apartment, moved everything without a scratch, and stored it neatly until we’re ready.
