10 out of 10! Wrote a whole story..but wiped it by mistake....🤪 Best removalists ever Greg/Jason/Josh Professional/strong and careful/fast and efficient/well mannered & extremely polite. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! Nothing was an issue, even though the job ended up being much bigger than anticipated and the team had to work back late to get everything done. They remained professional, friendly and smiling the entire time. Their hard work and positive attitude really took the stress out of moving. Harry and the boys did a great work all the way with smiles and can do attitude! The truck could not pass our steepy drive way so they had to carry all heavy furniture by hand climbing the driveway, they did it quickly without complaining even once! At the end of the job the invoice was very fair and much less than what I expected, thank you guys🍺 Matt from Gaven!
my first time experience ever after at least 10 moves of using a removalist and so happy that I chose broadbeach removals! Harry, Josh and Josh amazing! Dark headed Josh sounds like Mick Malloy and the plays great tunes to motivate the team while packing the items moved to his truck Bendigo Josh is the most genuine and beautiful soul, he is appreciative to actually be doing your job. Motivates his team by talking like he’s in an AFL game and Harry genuine good English gentleman great conversations and energy. Highly recommend! Even the boss of the company turned up to provide the guys with cool drinks and supplies. All three of men said Greg is the best boss they’ve ever worked for. That can’t be underrated.
March 2026 - update Stage 2 of our lengthy house move was fraught with stress as my husband was not well and just the thought of more boxes, bubble wrap and tape was overwhelming ... however Josh, Harry and Josh arrived again - came in like the cavalry - it was a particularly hot and humid day but they were full of enthusiasm for what they do. Again their team work was something that most "team-building training providers" could learn from, however their genuine caring, compassion and consideration was really above and beyond.. We will be asking for them again when we make the final move..... December 2025 - Absolutely outstanding. Stage 1 Yesterday, the team from Broadbeach Removals moved all our furniture/possessions (two storey, 4 bedroom house) to a storage unit - where they then off-loaded and stored our 38 boxes and furniture. Josh, Harry and Josh started by texting that they were 12 minutes away - so helpful!! As soon as they arrived they were polite, friendly and very professional. What really impressed me was the way the team worked together - their team work and communication was amazing. All three of them appeared to be energised and enjoy their work. Nothing was to much trouble. They instilled confidence that knew exactly how to complete the job. They were all so very careful with all our goods and also really mindful of damage to walls, doorways and even our front door step. I highly recommend engaging them. When it comes time to relocate to our new home I will not hesitate to call Broadbeach Removals. Congratulations for awesome teamwork, presentation and communication.
