We had an overall smooth experience moving house using Brilliance Removals. We moved from an apartment to a townhouse and the team Juan, Gustavo, and Kyle handled the long job with care, patience and professionalism. Armed with lots of wrapping sheets, blankets, 3 heavy duty trolleys - the bulk items moved very fast. They even supplied monitor boxes on request. We had a lot of peace of mind working with the BR team having had a negative experience in the past with a different removalist company. Paul and Matt from the sales and operations team were also very proactive with communication and answered all our questions before the job. A bit pricey but quality service. Highly recommend Brilliance Removals.
I couldn't be happier with the service from Brilliance Removals. Yhairon and Mauro were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything ran smoothly, they worked quickly without ever compromising on care, and they treated all of my furniture and belongings as if they were their own. Moving house is usually stressful, but they made the whole experience easy and hassle-free. Their attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out. Ive used Brilliance for three moves now. Always cheerful, very reasonable price. They don't rip you off like some of them too, particularly some well known companies and they were very careful with all of our furniture. I will use them again if I ever have to and would highly recommend.
