There are not enough stars to express our moving experience with Time Rite. Hubby and I felt we were being ‘taken care of’ from start to end very well. We started our process with Ben at their office, who gave us all detailed info and contacted us immediately if we had questions; no emails needed to wait long for a response, and all questions were addressed within a short timeframe with clarity and suited our needs. On the moving day, Greg, Rod and Taz arrived on time. The crew were solid. The day started with introducing the team and walking through the house. I was assured of their plans to move each item, including our piano. At the new home, they patiently helped me put all the items in my preferred place and how I wanted them. Their communication skills are top-notch and very efficient, showing that these guys are professional and the best in business. Both hubby and I highly recommended only Time Rite as your removalist option. Thank you again, Ben, Greg, Rod and Taz, for being the best part of our house move.
