Storage King Port Macquarie

Staff so helpful, spotless facility, top security, I gave a review earlier was supposed to be a 5 but posted 4 in error. So this review should be 6 out of 5.

Very professional information and very helpful at Port Macquarie site

Great from the first phone call to book.. Highly Recommended..

Horrible experience with Storage King. It was perfect until moving out. Had booked the hire truck weeks prior to moving out, paid and all was good. The day before moving I got a call at 4:30pm stating the truck was in for a service and wasn’t being released so was no longer useable. This left me no time to hire anything else from a business in town. Later conversations revealed the truck had actually been in the shop for a service for multiple weeks. No communication was given and no consideration by the company for me to hire something else. They offered trailer use free of charge but I had to hire a car that had a tow ball. What was a fixed expense turned into a much higher expense that the company refused to compensate. When trying to resolve the issue with the company, they refused to take any responsibility or compensate for their poor management and communication. In conversation it was mentioned that this had also occurred to another customer also. Would not recommend hiring the truck through them as it’s not guaranteed and they will potentially drop you and leave you with nothing half an hour before business closure. Also wouldn’t use them again for storage with how poor management is. Such a shame but wanting to warn others because of a horrible experience.

Thanks Richard for your help and follow-up I appreciated you helping with the process

Great service assisting in any way to make my move easy. Nothing was too hard to accommodate my requirements for space and ease of access. Thanks for your help!

Very helpful and friendly staff. We have used them before in Melbourne and with them providing a great service we went with them again.
