Shoalhaven Removals & Storage

Shoalhaven Removals & Storage is a moving company established in 1950, with over six decades of experience. It specialises in relocating families and businesses throughout Australia and provides local, country, and interstate moves. The company offers international shipping and long or short term storage.

It also offers a packing and unpacking service and handles office and commercial relocations, as well as antiques and fine art. Free packaging materials are provided. Free, no-obligation quotes are available, backed by a written contract guaranteeing professional quality service. The company has a fully trained team and offers a full or part packing service. It states no hidden extra charges. Its service area is Australia-wide.

In Nowra and the wider Shoalhaven district, Shoalhaven Removals & Storage is known among households planning local shifts and longer relocations. Various customers describe the crew as professional and straightforward to deal with, noting that progress updates arrived at each stage, from packing through to unpacking. Punctuality and orderliness come up repeatedly, with accounts of the team arriving when promised and working in a methodical way. A point made in several accounts is the careful handling of belongings, including a move completed without any breakages. The owners attract frequent praise, described as lovely and fantastic, and their friendly manner leaves a strong impression.

Communication before, during and after the job is another recurring theme, with customers feeling informed and supported throughout the process. The storage side of the business also earns positive comments, particularly for its affordability, and one customer has drawn on both the moving and storage services. When a move had to be cancelled because of a fall during a property inspection, the payment was refunded in full, which reviewers present as evidence of fair dealing. Interstate relocations feature in the feedback, with clients stating they would call on the company again for future moves.
