Melinda and the team were SO great to work with. So accomdating and nice. Very fair pricing. No hidden fees or unexpected costs. Can't reccomend using Quick and Easy Removals enough.
A wonderful web site and persuasive sales people but sadly they don’t truly deliver. I had all my house contents in storage for approximately five months totaling almost $5000 plus of course the cost to move. When the team arrived it was all very jolly. However on arrival at its destination it wasn’t! Nearly all boxes not labeled correctly very frustrating when there’s neatly 200 boxes! Items split 10 sheets of paper used for a salt cellar?! Worst of all both my fridge and freezer riddled with mould. I’ve checked it out apparently fridges should always be left ajar otherwise mould forms. Both had to be thrown away. Almost $3000 down the drain. I was basically given all the usual excuses and all the usual justifications. I reminded quick and easy of the sales spiel. You are fully insured any problem we will replace it no issues. Guess what that doesn’t apply to fridges!! What a shock ! I will take this up with fair trading and see what they say. Be careful with quick and easy. They are quick. But this hasn’t been easy. They said and I quote ….. We are not paying a cent.
The team at Quick and Easy were amazing. Everything was seamless from quote to check-ins and pickup. I had a few things going up the central west from Sydney and the team were super professional, got up there in no time and made sure that the delivery was seamless on the other end. We recently moved with Quick and Easy Removalist. The experience was hassle free and thr customer service was excellent. They were on time, reasonably priced, careful with our belongings and the actual removalist were lovely men. I highly recommend Quick and Easy.
The team has been very helpful from the start. Honest and helpful in the planning (no trying to oversell the product) and the booking. We touched base a couple of times and again dealt with friendly and helpful sales and operations staff. On the day of pickup the team were again very helpful and considerate (moving is stressful), and went around the job in a professional manner. We have had a number of removals over the years (ex ADF), and this would have been in the top 2 removals we have had. The price was very competitive. I will definitely recommend them.
