Pretty abysmal. Removalists were over an hour late, with no communication. Receptionist was extremely unprofessional. They told me they'd done pianos before, clearly not. Neither man could actually life the piano, myself and a retired older gentleman had to do the bigger lift for them. Also they needed my help multiple times. At the end of the job they tried to charge me double what it actually was. Price was fine which is why it's two stats not one. But I'd rather put. The piano on a bindle and drag it next time.

Had them move a piano for me, and was happy to find a place that would move it on the weekend for an affordable price ($286). The movers were friendly, straightforward, and on time. Very happy with the service!
