Philip Butler House Reblockers

Philip Butler House Relocations has over 40 years of experience in the house relocation industry. The company is based in Warrnambool, Victoria, and provides house relocation services across Victoria. It moves various building types including bungalows, school portables, holiday homes, and large sheds. The company uses hydraulic jacks to lift houses and transports them using specialised trailers.

It places houses on new foundations or stumps and secures and levels them. It handles permits and legal requirements for house relocations. It assists with raising and re-stumping houses in flood-prone areas. Services include re-levelling, dividing the building, house stumping, house sliding, re-sheet of roofing, re-stand of roofing, house raising, and temporary property storage solutions.

A household relocation project in Warrnambool saw a dwelling moved from one site to another by Phil and his crew. The team took care of the road permits and travel details and liaised with a town planner, showing that approvals and coordination are part of the work.

The original site was left in a state acceptable to the council, and the three pieces were reassembled on the new site to millimetre precision. The customer found the crew professional throughout and thanked them for the outcome.
