What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Households in the middle of a move and people needing somewhere to keep belongings between addresses describe their time at this Maitland storage site in consistently warm terms. Several customers mention that booking, whether done in person or remotely, was straightforward, and that staff took the time to walk them through multiple unit options before settling on the right size. Rob, Nicole, Ama, Emma and Courtney are named repeatedly for patience, friendliness and a willingness to help with changing requirements, including adding or swapping units mid-move.

Reviewers highlight the condition of the facility, noting that units and surrounding areas are kept clean and tidy, and that the site feels secure thanks to cameras and coded gate access. Trolleys for shifting items and a regularly cleaned toilet are practical touches that come up in feedback. Secure storage of household goods, vehicles and boats is covered by the range of units on offer, and customers describe problems being sorted out quickly and without fuss, with communication before, during and after each arrangement handled well.

All good. A bit expensive for me at times as I didn’t think I need it for so long. Staff lovely!

I was so impressed with Courtney’s patience and kindness. I had some difficult problems which she solved effortlessly and did not once make me feel like it was an inconvenience. This young lady would be an asset for any company she may represent. Chris.

Courtney is fantastic. I raised concerns re my rental increase (I do have 2 very large units for quite awhile now) and she escalated to her manager, Nicole who tried valiantly to ensure I received a discount from what I felt was an excessive increase. I appreciate the effort and professionalism from Courtney and Nicole who are wonderful employees who care about their customers and make us feel heard and valued. Kind regards Kathryn

I have rung the storage unit staff multiple times with questions and they have all been super friendly and kind. Issues were resolved immediately and easily. They surprised me by remembering me when I rang, it made the service really personable and they had great communication. I had complete trust that my belongings were in good hands. And very affordable. Great team!
