National Storage Hervey Bay Airport

Very easy to book. In the middle of an interstate move, so being able to add on additional storage, and manage both ends of the trip in one place is very helpful.

I was very impressed with the service, advice and assistance provided by Christina, both on the phone for my initial enquiry, and face to face when signing up. Unfortunately, I couldn't come to a comfort level within myself for the level of security for my caravan being stored out in the open. However, I am certain that for the self storage sheds and enclosures, security is top notch. I did find a padlock on the ground near my van, that had been cut with bolt a pair of bolt cutters. That just fed my insecurity!!

Once you're in, the price keeps increasing. May be this is standard across the industry (unsure), but very annoying. New, secure units. Friendly staff. Needs a restroom for tenants to use.

The staff were very helpful and friendly would recommend to others

A very easy set up . Nice clean storage . Willbe useing you for the fore seeable future

We have had our moving plans go out the window, the staff at National Storage Hervey Bay Airport have gone up and beyond what we could have asked for. The facility is clean and very well lit. Lovely to deal with " real people" that have compassion and empathy. Would not hesitate to recommend them National Storage HB. Thanks again
