National Storage Dubbo, Orana

Very helpful and stress free thats sue very friendly and helpful

I was met by the manager Sue to show me through 3 different units to meet my storage needs. I’m delighted to say she was so helpful and met all expectations. I immediately picked out 1 storage unit and a spot for my caravan. It was a very easy and pleasant experience overall.

Was greeted by Sue, friendly and informative, got a tour of the various storage units and had one picked that suited my needs within half hour of attending. Smooth process and clean secure facility.

Sue was incredibly helpful with accessing my storage unit for the first time. Great service. Very happy with the unit.

I was met by Sue the local manager, she was very helpful in sorting out my storage unit. She showed me 2 different units she had available that fitted my needs. I signed up on the spot. And showed me how to use the customer portal. One of the major selling points for me is they have an office on site that is open 6 days per week.

National Storage Dubbo made booking in Easy, setting up payments simple...even when I was OS, access simple and were so helpful when I completed my contract. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff, friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful with all your questions, easy to talk to as well, easy access to storage unit.
