Extremely rude smart ass arrogant owner. He broke so many of our items and lost some too. Do not recommend. Stay away.

I had an incredibly efficient & uplifting experience today, thanks to the wonderful two-man team that helped me. They arrived right on time and were not only friendly and attentive, but also remarkably gentle and caring. As an NDIS participant and a member of the disabled community, moving my belongings into storage can be overwhelming and stressful. However, these two genuinely made the process feel simple and manageable. By the end of the day, I felt so much better, and I truly appreciated their kindness and support. I will absolutely be booking with them again and sharing my positive experience with everyone I know. Thank you for making such a difficult task so much easier!

We had a wonderful and easy moving experience from Adelaide to Yorke peninsula, thanks to Tim and Alexi. They handled all our house stuff with utmost care. We are very happy with their amazing service and we highly recommend it.

Late, rude, abusive broke several items of a vulnerable NDIS participants items. Several witnesses to the disgusting behaviour of these animals.

I approached C&N Transport to move house but they sub-contracted the work to Local Removals. The removalist Ralph chose not to follow the written assembly instruction to dismantle my king sized gas lift bed. As a result of him not fully dismantling one of the gas lift part to the board of my bed, it was bent. The removalist also had difficulty assembling it back on for about 30 minutes. I have to tell him to stop and move on as I am paying them by the clock. The owner Tim told me his insurance does not cover such damage. Thus, he tried to assemble it and failed, went away and bend it straight back but broke it the next round when he put it back. He told me he will find the spare part and repair it but he started ignoring my phone calls and messages. This whole ordeal took 3 months. I took it that he is rejecting my plea to at least pay for a cheaper king size bed. The bed they broke cost me about $1000 and I have only used it for 4 years. Very disappointed with Tim and his team. Money is more important than integrity and reputation for Tim.
